"PlayGolf"

New Course

When you tap "PlayGolf" in the top right corner of the screen, a new course ("Home Course") is created with the tap moment day and time then a new scorecard appears. Press "save" and you are returned to the home screen and course menu.

To facilitate translation "Tete-A-Tete", "TeeTime", and "PlayGolf" translate in German, Spanish and French:

Duplicate Course

Tap the "GBUD" ball button and a new scorecard appears. This new course is created with the:

  • Yardages
  • Pars
  • Handicaps
  • Tee Position
  • Slope Value
  • Rating Value
  • Course Name

This button prints the total round score once scores are entered.

The "i" Button

Tee Time Edit

Touching the "i" button will take you to the tee time view. You can edit the course name, add some notes, add the tee time to your calendar and map the location of your course.

"TeeTime"

Creates A Course

Touching "TeeTime" will create a new golf course and open the tee time view. On the tee time view is access to the "Calendar". The map view will open to your current location if permission has been granted or to the middle of the Atlantic (latitude 0, longitude 0) without permission. After finding a course using the search bar the map will open on that courses view.

EXTRA!!

Paging Has Changed

The tee logs pages, touch "T", are now vertical scrolled on the iPhone not horizontal page-curl swiped. Using the tee log sliders turned the pages. That wouldn't do so at the last second the paging between tees was changed to vertical scrolling. The page curl is such an explanatory image that its screenshot was not removed.

GolfBUD Navigation

The home screen of your GolfBUD is an empty table view. Pressing the "PlayGolf" button will take you to the Scorecard of a newly created course. Pressing the "TeeTime" button will create a golf course and open the tee time view. Both these courses are created with default values and saved automatically. Use the delete swipe gesture or the "Edit" button to delete a course. Courses can also be moved in the table view.

On the home screen the "i" button accesses the tee time editor and the "GOLF" ball button duplicates the selected course. Tete-A-Tete is the control for sending your course data base to AppleWatch.

Edit Your Course Name and Tee Time

  • Edit your tee time
  • Add a course name and notes
  • Locate the course
  • Press "Done" to save
  • Press "Delete" to delete the course

"Edit" button

Press the "Edit" Button to:

  • Delete Courses using red "-"
  • Move courses using bars (press and hold bars then slide course)
  • Press "Done" to cancel or when finished

Swipe to Delete

Use the Swipe Gesture

  • Delete by swiping from right to left
  • Press "Done" when finished
  • "Delete" is final
  • Tap away from the course to cancel

"GBUD" Ball

Press the "GBUD" Ball Button:

  • A new duplicate course is created
  • The course name is the same

  • Par, yards, and handicap are entered
  • Tee positions are entered
  • Course rating and slope are entered
